HOUSE TO VOTE TO ENSURE SENATE VOTES ON W.H.O. TYRANNY; IT MUST DO THE SAME ON THE U.N.’S NEXT
Speaker Johnson to be Commended for Prioritizing this Fight
For Immediate Release
September 11, 2024
WASHINGTON, D.C.—This afternoon, the House of Representatives is set to vote on H.R. 1425, the “The No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Consent” Act. It would require the Senate to be afforded the opportunity to advise and dissent on what amounts to a treaty approved by the World Health Assembly on June 1st amending in a number of ominous ways the World Health Organization’s International Health Regulations (IHRs).
The following are among the anti-constitutional provisions of this accord:
· The IHR Treaty requires every WHO member nation to appoint a “National IHR Authority” with the power to implement the WHO’s pandemic regulations as domestic law.
· The IHR treaty commits the world’s nations to institute what amount to surveillance state apparatuses, ostensibly for the purpose of monitoring actual or potential “public health emergencies of international concern” (PHEICs).
· The IHR treaty also obliges member states to “address” misinformation and disinformation. The predictable effect would be to mandate the censoring and sanctioning of speech and other actions that are at odds with the WHO Director General’s declarations and prescriptions in response to PHEICs.
· The IHR treaty entails unspecified and open-ended commitments of money to the WHO and its activities.
Such obligations and those still being negotiated in connection with yet-another pandemic treaty prompted a majority of governors of American states to declare at the end of August: “We will not comply.” [1] Members of the House of Representatives, who have also sworn oaths of office obliging them to “support and defend” the Constitution, must do no less – starting with their vote today to approve H.R. 1425.
In addition, every member of the House should be insisting upon a similar statute aimed at preventing another, even-more-sweeping globalist power-grab by United Nation’s Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. He has in the works a “Pact for the Future” that will, if blessed on September 22-23 by the “Summit of the Future,” set in train “a process” that will authorize him to exert dictatorial powers in the event of non-health emergencies. According to a Policy Brief he issued in March 2023, such emergencies could include: climate change, economic disruptions, conflicts, cyberattacks, asteroids and other space phenomena and/or a catch-all dubbed “black swan events.”
The Sovereignty Coalition strongly supports H.R. 1425 and a number of its member organizations will be scoring the vote. The Coalition has also just initiated an AlignAct campaign enabling the public to let their congressional representatives know that they oppose conferring on the UN Secretary-General similar anti-constitutional emergency powers to those now entrusted to the WHO’s Director General.
In addition, the Sovereignty Coalition will be convening next week its third virtual Sovereignty Summit from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16th in order to afford an opportunity for U.S. and foreign legislators, subject matter experts and other influential patriots opposed to these international bureaucrats power-grabs. As with the previous two such summits (see here and here), the program is designed to feature leading parliamentarians, subject matter experts, constitutional attorneys and other freedom fighters from around the world expressing their opposition to the globalists’ efforts to subvert national sovereignty, whether they be underway at the World Health Organization, the United Nations or in any other forum. Register to attend here.
The Summit will also amplify important insights from a recent, powerful emergency briefing with Dr. James Lindsay and Alex Newman about these and related efforts to institute world government.

The legitimacy of the IHR amendments needs to be challenged. It was not approved in a legitimate voting process.
Talk about a no-brainer.
Good boy No-Johnson Johnson. You carry on in the proud tradition of Boehner, Ryan, and McCarthy.
Feckless, cowardly, sold out NON-LEADERS.
