WASHINGTON, D.C.— Donald Trump has tapped Dr. Gerald Parker DVM, PhD to be the next Director of the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy. Highlights of his official biography at the Biosecurity and Pandemic Policy Center at Texas A&M’s Bush School of Government and Public Service include:
Dr. Parker is the Associate Dean for Global One Health at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, and in this role, he also serves as Campus Director for Global One Health at Texas A&M University.
Dr. Parker held technical to executive leadership positions throughout 36 years of public service as a recognized defense and civilian interagency leader in biodefense, high consequence emerging infectious diseases, global health security and all-hazards public health/medical preparedness.
Dr. Parker’s service includes more than 26 years on active duty leading military medical research and development programs and organizations. He is a former Commander and Deputy Commander, U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (AMRIID).
Dr. Parker held senior executive level positions at the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Defense (DOD), including serving as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at HHS, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense at DOD.
Dr. Parker serves on the Defense Science Board Permanent Subcommittee for Threat Reduction, Defense Science Board Task Force for Biotechnology and National Security, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Mission Committee, and CRDF Global. He is the former chairperson for the National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (2019-2024), a former member of the Texas Task Force on Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response and is an ex officio member of the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense.
The record of the White House Pandemic Response Office during the first Trump administration and the Biden presidency left much to be desired. And the widespread adoption and massive financing of the World Health Organization’s One Health Initiative has aroused concerns about both the premise of giving equal priority to human, animal, and plant health concerns and the implementation of such a globalist agenda for U.S. sovereignty and states’ rights.
Veterinarian Gerald Parker’s designation to this important White House position comes at a time when bird flu is being described as the next pandemic to afflict this country with the potential to precipitate government mandates in response involving the massive culling of poultry, cattle and other food-relevant animal populations and vaccinations, lock-downs and other steps reminiscent of the disastrous COVID-19 crisis. Those committed to Make America Healthy Again are particularly concerned about future measures that might be taken in the name of public health that once again pose threats to both the well-being and personal freedoms of untold millions of our countrymen and women.

Who will prevent another fake pandemic? No one in the DC swamp that's for sure. The human God called gates is saying he will unleash another hellfire pandemic (murdering millions and adding to his total kills) if he doesn't get his way and Trump re-instates the USAID program.
